Collaboration inspired us to set up Way More together.
We started it in January 2019 because we wanted to make an impact and we knew we wanted to build something powerful. We then chose to team up and work together, and it was a good choice.
Being a team allows us to keep up with all the learnings and practicalities that an up-to-date coaching business requires.
And obviously we coach each other because every good coach has a coach!
We value continuous learning, peer to peer mentorship and supporting each other along the way.
We are qualified coaches and members of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) to whose the code of ethics we are bound.

I was born in Milan, where I studied Italian literature, journalism and marketing, but soon started to be curious about the rest of the world. Today I live in London.

Born and bred in Italy, I left the country in 1997 settling in London and later living in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Singapore, Myanmar and Japan. I am married to an exceptional Japanese man and adore dachshunds.
